A|I|DATA encourages everyone to practice positive, influential leadership. A|I|DATA’s senior leaders bring a wide variety of experience to their roles. They have learned on the job as well as through structured training. The combination of experience and training has resulted in a seasoned team of practitioners who have merged into a unified force. The leadership philosophy is simple:  we build confidence. For A|I|DATA’s clients, we understand their needs and deliver what is promised on time and within budget. Staff members are engaged with that philosophy and practice to ensure the entire effort of the company is aligned and focused. The result is satisfied clients who repeatedly request the services of A|I|DATA.

Carrie C. Nicholson, P.E. – President; responsible for the overall management of the firm including operational quality management. Company strategy including staff development is based on her planning-phase, design, and construction experience with varied infrastructure projects. She is also involved in engineering professional societies’ leadership and STEM and infrastructure-related volunteering.

John P. Berrettini – Senior Vice President; responsible for the technical performance of the field and office staff based on his more than 25 years of diverse experience in all aspects of underground utility investigation and mapping. He is adept at creating custom approaches to unique and difficult utility detection scenarios.
